October 27, 2025 – Hai Phong City, one of Vietnam's leading industrial and logistics centers, is set to welcome a large-scale industrial park (IP) development project with a total investment of nearly 900 billion VND (approximately 39 million USD). This project is the result of a strategic cooperation agreement between Tổng công ty Thăng Long – CTCP (Thang Long Corporation) and Công ty cổ phần Phát triển Công nghiệp EHA Hải Phòng (EHA Industrial), aimed at building green, smart, and sustainable industrial infrastructure.
The collaboration between Thang Long Corporation and EHA Industrial marks a significant step forward in industrial infrastructure development in Hai Phong. Thang Long Corporation, with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure development, particularly industrial parks like Thang Long Industrial Park II, brings project implementation capabilities and operational management expertise. Industrial parks developed by Thang Long are renowned for their high-quality infrastructure and strategic locations, offering easy access to both Hanoi and Hai Phong Port.
Meanwhile, EHA Industrial, an industrial development company in Hai Phong, contributes a broad financial network, including banks, investment funds, and financial organizations both domestically and internationally. This synergy allows the project to optimize capital utilization and ensure robust financial resources for its development.
The new industrial park project will be developed on a 9-hectare plot within the Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai Phong. The project's focus is on constructing and developing modern factory buildings, warehouses, and technical infrastructure that meet standards for green, smart, and sustainable industrial practices. This includes integrating energy-saving solutions, efficient waste management, and the use of environmentally friendly materials.
The selection of Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park is a strategic decision. Nam Dinh Vu is one of the largest integrated industrial parks in Hai Phong, boasting a prime location near international seaports, convenient transportation systems, and comprehensive planning. This creates an ideal environment to attract foreign investors seeking manufacturing bases in Vietnam, especially those with a focus on sustainable development and high technology.
Hai Phong has long been identified as one of the key economic growth drivers in Northern Vietnam. With its deep-water seaport advantages, expressway network connecting to Hanoi and neighboring provinces, and open investment attraction policies, Hai Phong has become an attractive destination for numerous multinational corporations. The city serves as a crucial gateway for import-export activities and a manufacturing hub for many key industries.
The development of industrial parks in Hai Phong not only creates thousands of jobs but also promotes technology transfer, enhances production capacity, and contributes to the nation's GDP growth. Projects like the industrial park collaboration between Thang Long Corporation and EHA Industrial will further solidify Hai Phong's position as a modern, sustainable, and internationally integrated industrial center.

Challenges:
The partnership between Thang Long Corporation and EHA Industrial is a prime example of how Vietnamese enterprises are proactively embracing modern industrial development trends, aiming for a sustainable and prosperous future for Hai Phong and the entire country.
In the construction of large-scale facilities like industrial workshops and infrastructure, selecting high-quality materials is a crucial factor. Materials such as aluminum sheets 1050, 3003, 5052, 6061, 7075 and aluminum 6061 T6 are widely used due to their durability, corrosion resistance, and design flexibility, contributing to the efficiency and longevity of industrial structures.
