The total investment in these projects is about 1.280 trillion VND. These projects aim to promote socio-economic development, improve people's living standards, and encourage investment, implemented in a coordinated manner across the country.
The construction of the Temporary Resettlement Area in Dong Van Ward, Ninh Binh, to accommodate the relocation for the High-Speed Rail project on the North-South axis is one of the key projects. The project, with a total investment of 9.92 billion VND, covers an area of 1.17 hectares, and is expected to be completed in 2026. This event not only helps the affected residents relocate, but also contributes to stabilizing their lives and promoting economic development.
Out of the 250 projects, 89 were inaugurated and 161 were launched. Some notable projects include the National Exhibition Center in Hanoi, considered to be the largest exhibition center in Southeast Asia, or the 55-floor building in Ba Son area, Ho Chi Minh City, marking the first step toward building the city's international financial center.
Notably, in Ninh Binh, projects such as the PepsiCo Ninh Binh Food Factory, the Hoa Lu Social Housing Project, and the sulfur recovery system renovation project have been launched, contributing to improving living standards, promoting economic growth, and sustainable development.
The PepsiCo Ninh Binh Food Factory, with an investment of nearly 90 million USD, has a production capacity of 25,000 tons/year, and is built in the direction of a green economy, using renewable energy and AI technology. It is expected to create jobs for around 1,000 workers and contribute hundreds of billions of VND to the annual budget.
The Hoa Lu Social Housing Project with a total investment of 1.9 trillion VND will provide 1,250 social housing units and 352 commercial housing units. The project not only helps residents find housing, but also contributes to the development of a green, modern, and sustainable urban area.
The launch of these projects not only reflects the determination of local authorities, but also confirms the direction of sustainable development, aiming at economic and social development combined with environmental protection. Projects such as the North-South High-Speed Rail, Nuclear Power Plants, and technology centers are expected to be breakthroughs in infrastructure and technological development.
