Continuous Casting (CC): Molten aluminum is continuously cast and cooled to solidify, forming aluminum slabs in flat strip shapes. These slabs are then processed through hot rolling and cold rolling systems to produce aluminum coils with various thicknesses.

Direct Chill Casting (DC): Aluminum is directly cast and chilled, then further processed through hot rolling and cold rolling stages to produce the final product.
